You Don’t Need Steroids To Increase Muscle Size
I decided early on that I was going to build muscle naturally to increase muscle size. The effects of steroid abuse is hard to look at. Unless you have been living under a rock you know who these guys are, they show all the signs of steroid abuse. They usually look kinda bloated and almost look like a block of stone. These are the guys that are doing squats with 500 pounds for multiple reps. These guys usually are very aggressive, you know “Roid Rage” and more times than not have a bad case of acne from all the drugs. Google anabolic steroids and you can see all the horrific effects they will have on your body.
How To Increase Muscle Size
Natural muscle building does work, it just takes commitment on your part to train hard and train properly coupled with the added muscle building diet to build muscles and keep the gains you make. The difference between building muscle naturally and using steroids is that your muscles will have a chance to grow the muscle fiber properly if you do it naturally. As you are adding muscle to your body you are adding years to your life by adopting a clean lifestyle. Now this will not build muscle fast relative to taking drugs but it will build a long lasting physique that is very impressive.
Build Muscle Quickly
While I am natural I have also found ways to help jump start my increase in muscle mass. The program I am using no is to train each body part once a week using a four day routine. This will increase muscle size quickly provided you don’t over train. On Monday I will do my chest and triceps, Tuesday is back and biceps, Thursday I blast my legs and Friday it’s shoulder time. I also do Abs on Tuesday and Thursday. I am on this cycle for the ten weeks and then I will change it up. The key is consistently. Don’t worry if you miss a day or two so long as you don’t make a habit of it.
To increase muscle size and build muscle fast, just remember that the program you use must be followed strictly. You will start seeing muscle gains. The key is to know when to change the program because your muscles will adapt to the stress and stop growing. The muscle must constantly be shocked and confused if you want it to grow. You are just wasting your time if you do the same thing over and over again.
No Anabolic Steroids
To increase muscle size natural is the only way to fly. Only the weak guys take steroids, let them have it. It takes a strong mind and a strong will to resist temptation. Be strong and build lean muscle mass the right way.
