verticle jump test
sprained ankle?
I was testing the height of my vertical jump for basketball, so I jumped as high as I could so my sprained ankle and I landed right on it. Then I heard a really loud pop. It's so bad, but there is little or no swelling. I can not put pressure on him, and if I move, then it really hurts as well. However, it moves compeletly just painfully. What can I do to feel better quickly?!?! If please help … Thank you very much in advance!
I sprained my ankle five times in basketball. Ice always helps, Advil for pain and about 2-3 days to avoid hard physical actitvity. Also, you may want to wear a brace. You can get these anywhere Walgreens ECTT target
