Vertical jump 3 months, what do u think?
check my training plan for the vertical jump. I want to win about 8 inches or more in 3 months training. I wanted to ask an expert like wat uu think. Right now, I have about 28 inches vertical jump. I'm 6 feet tall, weighs about 165 lbs (have more fat then I need and not enough muscle at all) for 3 months on Mondays and Wednesdays: plymetrics Sprint Jumpsoles (squat jump, styling, split squats, hops, lunges) leg extensions and hamstring curl, dead lift, then milk, oatmeal, banana or Tuesdays and Thursdays Fruit Shake: higher education body weight, lying, reclining, sorting, biseps, etc. .. then shake for Friday test basketball on the high jump lower box body weight training jumps Saturday and sprint training upperbody What do you think? Do u think this is good training? I really want increase my green. I would appreciate any feed back good. Thank you in advance!
