How To Get Six Pack Abs Within Few Weeks

Fact: Getting six pack abs requires sheer hard work, perseverance, dedication and motivation

Take the following steps for 3 months and you will see improvement on your abs.

Step 1: Nutrition
Take note that nutrition is the most crucial essence of this game plan, no joke! You might have already attained nice looking abs, but if they’re covered with a layer of fat, you won’t see them! Have 5 or 6 meals in a single day to improve your metabolism.

And avoid at any cost foods that will prevent you from seeing your abs:
-white bread
-pasta
-soda
-candy
-dessert
-fast food

Instead, eat the foods that will help you reach your six pack goal:
Consume the following goal instead to get your six pack:

-oatmeal
-olive oil
-whole grain breads
-fruits
-vegetables
-nuts
-eggs
-natural peanut butter
-chicken

Don’t be discouraged, you will go through some obstacles along the way, but make a conscious effort to improve your eating habits. Without good nutrition, getting a true six pack will be impossible.

Step 2: Exercise

You should perform 3 exercises that is cardio, ab training exercises and not forgetting weight training. And aim to workout 4 times per week (definitely a minimum of 3 times per week). The cardio could be in any form that requires you to walk, run or swim. Anyhow, you should follow through with it.

The trick is to do the cardio in bursts because it will burn fat fast. For example, if you’re running, walk for a minute and followed by sprinting  for 15 seconds and repeat at least 10 times Perform this type of interval cardio 2 times per week.

Weight lifting is critical as 3 pounds of new added muscle is equivalent to calories burnt for a 1 mile jog and weights lifing are performed just by sitting around. Aim for 30-45 minutes, 2 times per week.
The last exercise you need to add to your workout are ab exercises. Do work on your abs at least 3 times a week There are many ab exercises out there, you just need to find 3 that you like and try to jumble it up..

Trick: mix your workout every 2 weeks or so to make your body guessing and improving. It is important to take away or bring in different weightlifing or ab workouts and do make sure you make an adjustment to the weight and reps you do..

Keep at it for 3 months and i can guarantee that you would see an effect to your abs. Results are not typical. You need dedication, motivation, preseverance and persistance before getting your six pack abs!
