This way you have an exact caloric, fat and carbohydrate intake that you are feeding your body. This is crucial because depending on whether you want to gain muscle or lose fat, you will have to either increase or decrease your food intake. A healthy diet would consist of lean meats, dairy, fruits and veggies, fish, poultry and good protein. This starts with buying your food.
The second step is getting a work out routine. You can either hire a personal trainer, just do it, or find a product online that will teach you methods. Personal trainers cost around 30-60 dollars a sessions. After doing the math, your trainer could cost you over 4k a year! You could spend around 5,000 a year if you aren't careful with all the fees and gym stuff.
Family and friends might be able to help you out, but most of the time their knowledge is limited. This is where online training methods can help outshine the rest.
