How can i get a flat stomach in a reasonable amount of time?
I am roughly over weight, as recently i have put on a few, and i have recently discovered that my stomach is starting to go over my belt
does anyone have any advice they can give me, nutritionally, and fitness wise.
Please help if you can
Im only 15 years old so, nothing that costs money please, i got weights and gym equipment at home, and i have signed up to a gym,
i am around 6ft1 and 15/16 stone 
well first of all your going to want to change your eating habits. healthier is better, forget the sodas and fast foods. instead think about water and vegges. it is important that you do this, now your going to have to think about small portions of meals and about 6 meals a day spread out every 3 hours. now that your on a healthy diet you must stay on it. before you know it, you may just incorporate it in your daily routine.
ok so you got the diet set with essential vitamins with plenty of water, and small portions every 3 hours. now the next step is exercise. do aerobics for about 20-30 mins (at least) a day with weight training as well. you may do aerobics one day and weights the next, what ever it takes yet be aware that rest is very important in building muscle so you may want to take a day or two a week not doing weights. you must stick to your plan, it wont happen the next day!! so dont give up. in fact many of the reasons people dont achieve weight goal. is because they give up. also dont look at the scale each day. it might discourage you, when it may just be muscle.
