How can I learn how to dunk a basketball net height regulations?
I'm 5'8 "and my friend is 5'11" and he can dunk with ease. How can I learn to jump high enough to dunk?
To jump higher and increase your vertical jump, you need to do appropriate exercises and learn what you do. Many people who want to jump higher wrong train. One of the biggest mistakes guys make when trying to jump above is that they are for endurance and strength, not muscular explosion.
