Build Muscle Lose Fat
A lot of people think the best way to gain muscle fast is to use the Arnold plan of working out 6 days per week. However, I know from personal experience that most people only get hurt on a 6 day per week program, and they don’t always get big. Most of them get hurt even before the muscle appears.
So you must be careful with your muscle building program and you can’t make the mistake of doing too many workouts, too soon. Truth is, what you really need is to increase the intensity of your workout while reducing your workout frequency. This means harder but fewer workouts per week.

One of the best way to do this is by starting with fat loss nutrition diets through eating whole some natural foods, increasing fibre intake and reducing sugar consumption. Another one is to increase the intensity of your workouts through heavier resistance training and more interval training.
A study done at Purdue University in 2007 has proven that both men and women were able to have a increase of 4 pounds of muscle and losing 4 pounds of fats in a 12 weeks period. Their overweight remained but they were able to gain more muscle mass and losing body fat.
If you are able to incorporate 3 times of intense resistance training into your workout every week, you would be able to gain weight and muscle. Complete multi-muscle exercise workouts and lift with intensity.
You don’t have to do 4-5 exercises per body part. All you need is to stay on a few basic, compound exercises during every workout and you are considered to have completed the resistance training portion of the workout in just 20 minutes.
There’s no need to do boring cardio to change your body. If you want to lose fat and build muscle, then stick to resistance training and interval training combined with a nutritional diet. That is the fastest way to get fat burning results and lose inches from your body.
