how to lose belly fat?
im 16 year old girl, i weigh 170 but im 5’11 so it evens out. im very active. i do volleyball and run track. im not fat but like many i have problems with my belly. i have sick abs under the fat lol because i do tons of cruches. i havent run in a while besides sprints and plyometrics for volleyball but i have to start. wat is the best kind of cardio to lose weight besides running, i want to mix it up. thankss :]]
Its called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – And you can do it with any cardio really… running, swimming, biking, etc. The way it works is it gets you heart rate up much higher causing you to burn more calories at a faster rate and for longer periods after the workout. This is how it is done. Take about 5 minutes to warm up at a moderate pace. after the warm up go as fast and hard as you can for about 60 seconds (1 minute), then slow the pace down to a moderate pace for about 2 minutes. or you can do it 45 seconds then 1.5 minutes. what ever intervals you want, but you should have your moderate pace about twice as long as your fastest pace. Do this over and over as many times as you want ( no less than about 15 minutes I would suggest). Since you are working so much harder and getting your heart rate up higher you can cut your workout time in half and still be as effective.
