3 Exercises with resistance bands – how they will benefit
The exercise is to work different muscle groups, so exercises that do no resistance is unlikely to achieve much at all, and this is particularly true of the stomach and abdominal exercises. Consequently, bands for help can be effective as part of any routine exerise, stomach exercises no exception.
Resistance bands are found in varying levels, often indicated by color. Green may be used when you want with little resistance, yellow for medium and red for difficult.). It is important that you choose a level that is appropriate, then move up the levels as necessary.
There are a large number of exercises target the stomach and abdomen, which incorporate the use of resistance bands;
1. Seated Crunches
This exercise will provide the same basic benefits as standard crunches, but with less stress, without the embarrassment that can come from lying on a hard surface. Using the resistance is this group rather than gravity that provides resistance that allows you to exercise the muscles you want to target.
For this exercise, you need sit on a chair back straight. Sit up straight with feet flat on the floor hip width outside. Contract the stomach muscles of yours, then slowly bend forward at an angle of 45 degrees. You should feel the resistance of the band as you lean forward against it. Repeat for complete. Make sure you keep your feet on the back as straight as possible.
2. Band with one arm Sweaters
For this exercise stand with feet shoulder width apart. Place both hands on the head with the resistance group of about 18 inches. Then, keeping your left hand on your head, place your right hand on your side so that your elbow is bent and the hand is pointing up (elbow is about 90 degrees). Lower your arms up that your hand is aligned with your chest and hold this position. Repeat for a full set, then step down.
3. Twisting flashbacks
For this exercise, you should sit on a flat surface, preferably the floor and we recommend that you use a mat or thick towel to facilitate the efforts on your tail. Sit with legs bent, heels on the floor. Your toes should point up. Make sure you do not put your feet flat on the ground. Loop cycle of resistance in your party feet with one end of the band in each hand. Put your hands together, then in a rolling motion, lower your torso back toward the ground at an angle of 45 degrees. As you rotate to the right, at the same time spread your hands on the sides to increase resistance. Hold this for an increase or two seconds, then the torso upright well you started with. Your heels should remain on the floor during the year. Complete a full clockwise before switching to the left and then repeat with a complete set to the left.
