Is Caffeine acceptable as a Bodybuilding supplement?
Should caffeine be used in bodybuilding supplements? Is caffeine an ingredient you should shun? Staying away from caffeine is not necessary. When we look at how caffeine works in the body, it is easier to see that it is a valid supplement.
Your body creates a chemical called Adenosine to make you drowsy. Adenosine attaches to receptors in the brain making you sleepy by expanding blood cells and reducing nerve cell activity. Blood flow to the stomach reduces.
The liver puts more sugar into the blood for more energy.
Muscles tighten getting ready for action.

Don’t avoid caffeine, it is one of the best bodybuilding supplements.
About 500 mg of caffeine a day is safe for most people, and taking it as a supplement before your workout will help you train harder and longer.
