Question about weight loss and bodybuilding?
Well I was just wondering what you can or can not you burn fat during weight training? I Wana lose 10-20 pounds but I hate cardio, but I love lifting weights. Only reason why I do not lift weights because they saw me says I can do the stuborn fat by doing this. Then it will be hell tryna lose weight. Give me your opinion. Please do not comment if you unsure. I thank you.
The more muscle you have on your body more fat you burn because of the fact that the muscle is heavier than fat so as your body burns more calories at rest makes all of its normal activities (breathing, food digestion, heartbeat, etc.). Keep lifting, but if you want to lose fat at the same time, doing cardio at a time away from your weight training because one or the other will be obstacles. You also have the right to eat btw, thats probably the most important.
