Well I am 31 weeks pregnant right now and my mid back is killing me. My stomach is big enough and my breasts are huge now. They went from a 34D to 34H! And I am a fairly small so it starts to be really difficult. Now the baby is in my ribs and all the pressure is causing much pain. I've been seeing a chiropractor, massage Format, taking hot baths, yoga, etc. I was wondering if anyone has tried some sort of brace or something for the back during pregnancy or if something as it still exists. I feel like my muscles just can not keep up at this time. Sorry to complain, but I do not know what else to try. Thank you guys for your contribution. :] Thanks, I'll search for one of these belts. And I am a massage therapist, so I know it's important to do during the pregnancy, I was them once a week as well, just too much weight to the front right now to provide relief if! 
Sometimes whining is a good therapy! The more I had with my last pregnancy, the more I'm leaning on pillows. I All Padded! If you sleep on your side, a pillow between your legs can be useful.
