I got this to finish my gym at home. The store owner told me that uses every day. It is a great piece of hardware that I suspect people will use depending on the amount of stretch is important for them. Athletes and / or people with problems of rigidity will probably use more than the rest of us. I "forget" to use before, after or instead of exercising on my other machines. It's my loss when I did not, because it is efficient and easy!
The person who has previously stated that it is like stretching, yoga is good. It's very similar to increase range of motion, and possibly your ability to move around easier and with less pain if you have a problem with stiffness.
It's great to use before and / or after aerobic exercise alone or for those who just need a great extent. The machine is flexible enough that you can be a bit creative in how you sections. You need to be careful. It comes with a safety belt. You do not want to dropped or subjected the machine to plop over you. It is not very heavy (I can move and I am a woman of smaller size), but you do not want to get careless with it.
All-in-all, it is an excellent way to stretch, for any reason you stretch before, after or instead exercise more. I highly recommend it!
Good but expensive
This is a good solid machine and it is but it is expensive. Some stretching exercises shown on the panel are not very useful but it does not seem to help my back which is why I bought it. I think a basic part fixed equipment like this should be fixed in the $ 400 – $ 500 range max. As is considered high quality was I bought it because I do not want to replace a piece of scrap, but the drafting of a check for $ 800 + was painful … in the portfolio, not the back.
Ideal for stretching assisted
I am 59 years of age issues and do cardio or weights almost every day and have the lower back and hamstrings tightened if I do not stretch.
This machine is designed to use your weight so you can make art without extending other person who attends.
I like it because you get a better stretch of the same amount of time and effort to get on the floor by yourself.
Con: it is expensive. I bought mine used.

I use a Precor Stretch Trainer every time I visit the gym. It is a great way to stretch, especially if you're a drone like me – I need order in my training. The trainer has a stretch panel with instructions on how to do stretches. You simply follow the instructions and the machine does the rest. It not for sports or yoga instructors, but for average Joes who just want a good stretch with minimal risk of injury and the ease of use.
$ 800 + – you have a joke! I am pleased that the gym has two of them, I could not afford it.
